Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CFA/FRM preferred.
• At least 3 years of valuation experience in an accounting or professional services firm.
• Strong analytical, commercial, presentation, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuations and build integrated financial models using DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
• Assess financial performance, forecasts, value drivers, transaction assumptions, and relevant market and company data.
• Produce accurate, professional valuation reports, financial analyses, models, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Support due diligence and advise SPA terms, net debt, working capital, purchase price adjustments, completion accounts, and transaction structures.
• Work with consultants, clients, and external advisers on domestic and cross-border transactions.
