• Perform QC on all watches, including existing stock and clients' watches.
• Diagnose non-working watches and provide a comprehensive diagnosis report.

Job Scope

• Conduct in-house quality control (QC) and repair services for high-end watch brands such as Audemars Piguet, Rolex, Omega, Longines, Cartier, Panerai and others.
• Perform QC on all watches, including existing stock, consignments, new shipments, and clients' watches upon request.
• Complete a detailed QC checklist for each watch.
• Offer expert advice and service proposals for defective pieces.
• Precisely adjust escapements and balance springs.
• Diagnose non-working watches and provide a comprehensive diagnosis report.
• Prepare service proposals based on professional standards.
• Ensure that repaired watches are fully restored to factory specifications.
