Job summary

A luxury watch retailer located in Singapore is seeking a Retail Watch Specialist to manage day-to-day operations at their retail outlet. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail, preferably in luxury goods, and possess strong communication skills. This role offers a basic salary of $2300 - $2500 plus commission.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service, product knowledge and recommendations to retail customers.

  • Maintain and manage the POS/Cashier.
  • Assist in ad-hoc job scope assigned by store manager/supervisor.

5 & 6 days per week, 6 days off per month; 11am-9pm

Location: Wisma Atria, Orchard

Salary: Basic $2300 -$2500 + Commission

Summary

The Retail Watch Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day duties at the retail outlet, including sales, stocks, and ensuring proper housekeeping. They are in constant contact with their customer and responsible for ensuring that they give great customer service so as to drive sales.

Job Scope:
