JPEN PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Product Photographer Assistant to support SKU and commercial photography for luxury watches. The role focuses on studio lighting, product styling and precise capture of dial, bezel and finishing across multiple angles.

You will work with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, macro lenses and tethered workflows, performing post-production with Lightroom and Photoshop to deliver high-quality images that meet brand standards and production deadlines.

Formación

Diploma or relevant experience in Photography, Visual Arts, Digital Media or a related field.
Proven experience in product photography, particularly SKU, e-commerce or commercial photography.
Experience in luxury watches, jewellery, accessories or other reflective products is an advantage.
Strong understanding of studio lighting, light modifiers and reflection control.
Proficient in operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras and macro lenses.
Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong attention to detail, patience and consistency when handling repetitive product shoots.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management skills and the ability to meet daily production targets.

Responsabilidades

Execute high-quality product photography for luxury watches, including catalogue, e-commerce and marketing purposes.
Photograph watches from multiple angles, capturing intricate details such as the dial, hands, bezel, case, bracelet and overall finishing.
Maintain consistent composition, framing, angles and image quality across large volumes of SKUs.
Handle luxury watches and delicate products with care and attention to detail.
Set up and control studio lighting, including strobes, continuous lights, softboxes, reflectors and diffusers.
Understand light shaping, reflections and highlights when photographing highly reflective surfaces such as polished metal, glass and watch crystals.
Manage unwanted glare, harsh reflections, shadows and colour casts.
Create controlled lighting setups to bring out the texture, materials and fine details of each watch.
Operate and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, macro lenses, tripods and tethering systems.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of camera settings, exposure, aperture, shutter speed, ISO and white balance.
Have experience with macro photography and close-up product photography.
Understand focus stacking or focus bracketing techniques for achieving sharpness across intricate product details.
Maintain accurate colour reproduction and consistent image output.
Follow established photography guidelines and technical specifications.
Perform image selection, colour correction, exposure adjustments and professional retouching.
Remove dust, fingerprints, unwanted spots and minor imperfections while preserving the original product's appearance.
Maintain clean, accurate and consistent backgrounds, including pure white backgrounds where required.
Use Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop for image processing and retouching.
Ensure the final images meet the company's quality standards and delivery requirements.
Manage daily photography assignments and meet production deadlines.
Follow SKU naming conventions, file management procedures and image delivery specifications.
Conduct quality checks to ensure sharpness, colour accuracy, consistency and overall image quality.
Work closely with the photography team, stylists and relevant departments to meet creative and commercial requirements.
Maintain an organised and efficient studio environment.
