The role also includes coordinating with regional teams to create layout guidelines, planograms, and campaign design direction, as well as educating and training staff across countries to ensure consistent merchandising execution.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or Diploma in any relevant field of studies.
• 2 years or more relevant experience
• Ability to work with various stakeholders, both internal and external

• Conceptualize, create and develop innovative displays and events for different campaigns that are consistent with the brand image.
• Ensure proper merchandising execution throughout the region through creating different guidelines for visual layouts, display planograms, and campaign design direction for the region.
• Educate and train different countries through regular communication and providing design solutions on various projects.
