A luxury fashion brand in Singapore is seeking an experienced shop supervisor to support store management in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager, monitor store operations, and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of supervisory experience in the luxury goods industry and possesses strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • More than 3 years' experience as a shop supervisor.
  • Familiar with the luxury goods industry and understand the development of brands and fashion trends.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support Store Managers in achieving sales goals and overall store success.
  • Collaborate with Store Manager to implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Provide high level of customer service by assisting and addressing customer issues.
  • Ensure customers are registered on the App for segmentation.
  • Assist in supervising daily store operations including security measures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage product replenishment.
  • Organise and maintain the store layout in line with company strategies.
  • Participate in staff training and assign shifts.
  • Monitor employee performance.

Overview

Our client is a Luxury fashion brand with ready-to-wear, bags, and other accessories.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting Store Managers in organising, planning, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and overall store success.
  • Collaborating closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales objectives by implementing sales strategies and promotions and monitoring sales metrics.
  • Providing a high level of customer service by assisting customers, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues.
  • Ensuring that customers are properly registered on the App for effective customer segmentation.
  • Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing and supervising daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, security measures, returns, and cash handling operations.
  • Contributing to maintaining accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing replenishment orders, and managing product replenishment.
  • Organising and maintaining the store layout in line with company strategies.
  • Actively participating in staff training and assigning shifts.
  • Supporting the Store Manager in monitoring employee performance.
