Job summary

Carousell Group in Singapore is seeking a Livestream & Content Intern to join our luxury retail and livestream commerce team. This hands-on role supports live-selling sessions, creates short-form content for platforms like TikTok, and assists with in-store retail sales, offering exposure to how luxury products are prepared, showcased, marketed, and sold across livestream and retail environments.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Retail, Fashion, Media.
Interested in luxury retail, livestreaming, e-commerce, and short-form content creation.
Comfortable interacting with customers and appearing on livestream when required.
Basic video editing using TikTok/CapCut/Instagram Reels a plus.
Organised, detail-oriented, proactive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel.

Responsibilities

Support livestream preparation, including product setup and backstage coordination.
Assist livestream host during sessions by managing product flow and questions.
Appear on livestream to support product showcasing when required.
Create TikTok and short-form content, including sneak peeks and highlights.
Capture and edit simple videos using TikTok, CapCut, or Instagram Reels.
Support in-store retail sales and maintain store presentation.
Update livestream trackers, sales records, and post-session follow-ups.
Assist with ad hoc sales, content, retail, and operational tasks.
