This role involves daily store operations, assisting clients with inquiries, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. • Ability to commit to retail shift hours.
• Willing to work on public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily store operations and housekeeping.
• Conduct inventory checks.
• Attend to client inquiries and provide customer service.
• Assist with client repair requests and follow up.
• Handle daily opening and closing according to SOP.
• Count cash and manage the safe box.
• Complete tasks as assigned by the manager.
• Perform basic paperwork and file sales reports.
• Do daily settlement activities.

• Daily store operation & housekeeping
• Inventory check
• Attending client inquiries
• Provide customer service
• Assisting client repair request and follow up on the process
• Daily opening and closing (follow company SOP)
• Cash counting
• Opening closing safe box
• Complete task assigned by manager
• Doing basic paperwork, filing & excel sales report
• Daily settlement

Requirements:
