This role calls for an individual who is passionate about delivering bespoke, high-touch experiences and has a keen eye for fashion, styling, and luxury client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized bridal consultations and fittings, delivering expert styling guidance with warmth, elegance, and sophistication.
• Oversee the complete bridal experience, from the initial appointment to gown collection and post-purchase support.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to boutique performance goals
• Provide solution-oriented recommendations tailored to each bride’s style and preferences
• Offer thoughtful, solution-driven recommendations that reflect each bride’s unique style and preferences.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage referrals, repeat visits, and lasting brand loyalty.
• Represent the boutique and its portfolio of international designers with professionalism, grace, and in-depth product expertise.
