HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Luxury Beauty & Wellness Promoter in Orchard. The role involves engaging customers, delivering personalised consultations, and driving sales in a premium retail environment.
The position is full-time and permanent with a basic salary of SGD 2,500–2,800 per month plus incentives. Rotating shifts are required in a prime Orchard location with a premium brand experience.
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience in beauty, skincare, wellness or premium retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, confident and passionate about customer engagement.
- Professional grooming and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn about beauty and wellness products.
Responsabilités
- Introduce and recommend suitable beauty and wellness products based on customers' needs.
- Deliver personalised product consultations and exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual sales targets.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits and brand philosophy.
- Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising and product displays.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment.
