Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Supervisor to manage a team in a retail setting. You will drive sales, enhance client loyalty through exceptional service, and oversee retail operations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the beauty industry, possesses strong communication skills, and is comfortable with flexible working hours, including shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team-lead role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or spa environment.
• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service.

Job Details:

• Available Locations: Island wide, depending on outlet vacancy
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Team Commission
• Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays)
• 3 months contract convert to perm

• Client experience: Deliver exceptional client service, build client loyalty through relationship management, and uphold luxury service standards.
• Team leadership: Coach, develop, and manage a team of beauty professionals.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team-lead role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or spa environment
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Able to mentor, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving business goals
