Job summary

Gulf Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Production Operator to join our lubrication blending plant.

You will perform blending, filling, packaging and material handling safely and according to SOPs and schedules. You will prepare equipment, transfer products between tanks, sample lines for quality checks, and operate filling lines and blending systems while maintaining cleanliness and traceability.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing and operational processes.
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Safety-conscious with good attention to detail.
• Basic forklift or material handling experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform blending, filling, packaging, and material handling activities according to SOP.
• Prepare equipment, hoses, pumps, and production lines before operations.
• Carry out product transfers between blending tanks and holding tanks.
• Submit blending tank samples and filling line samples according to quality procedures to ensure products meet specification requirements before release.
• Operate filling lines, blending systems, and associated production equipment.
• Ensure production output meets quality and quantity requirements.
• Complete production records, checklists, and operational forms accurately.
• Record batch numbers, material usage, and operational data correctly.
• Ensure proper traceability of materials and finished products.
• Participate in operational improvement initiatives.
