Job summary

A leading manufacturing company based in Singapore is looking for a Production Planner responsible for developing and executing production schedules. The ideal candidate will balance customer demand with resources while maintaining optimal inventory. Duties include coordinating with sales, supply chain, and operations, as well as using ERP systems for tracking and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required. This is a full-time in-house position that aims to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in lubricants or FMCG manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain concepts.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize production schedules based on customer orders.
  • Ensure availability of raw materials for production schedules.
  • Act as the liaison between sales, production, and logistics teams.
  • Use ERP systems to track production schedules and monitor KPIs.
  • Identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
