ASSISTANT MANAGER (TRAINEE)

What you will be working on

The project offers an immersive opportunity to contribute to Singapore's autonomous mobility transformation. The trainee will support the publicity and stakeholder engagement of AV initiatives across multiple government agencies and industry partnerships. This involve assisting in stakeholder mapping and engagement activities, helping to coordinate meetings with technology providers, research institutions, and transport operators whilst maintaining detailed records of discussions and outcomes. The trainee will also help organise industry engagement events and site visits whilst contributing to the development of communication materials for various stakeholder audiences.

What we are looking for
  • Knowledge in developing communication strategies and materials for diverse audiences including government stakeholders, industry partners, and the public.
  • Experience with content creation across multiple channels including presentations, reports, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Understanding of brand management principles and ability to maintain consistent messaging across various touchpoints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical audie nces. Strong research and analytical capabilities for market analysis and stakeholder mapping.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for creating visual communications materials.
