What the role is

Deputy/Assistant Manager, Digital Services

What you will be working on

Join the Vocational Licence and Service Excellence Division as part of our digital services team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical vocational licensing systems that support Singapore's transport ecosystem. This division oversees the issuance and processing of vocational licences for taxi, private hire car, public and private bus drivers, and bus conductors.

Key Responsibilities
  • In this dynamic role, you will maintain and enhance LTA's vocational licensing systems while supporting system-related projects to improve licensing operations.
  • You will collaborate closely with operational teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure these are effectively translated into robust system designs.
  • A core aspect of this position involves managing appointed IT vendors to deliver essential system functionalities and meet project objectives.
  • You will also drive IT transformation initiatives like adoption of automation and Artificial Intelligence within the Division, contributing to the modernisation of our digital infrastructure and service delivery capabilities.
What we are looking for
