What the role is:

NORTH-SOUTH CORRIDOR TRAINEE

What you will be working on:

The trainee will be engaged in the development and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) solutions for the construction sector. This scope includes:

• Supporting the development of AI tools to enhance construction project management, focusing on improved decision‑making, risk monitoring, and workflow efficiency.
• Assisting in the creation of AR applications for onsite structure visualization for better understanding of design intent and coordination during construction activities.
• Supporting digitalisation initiatives by applying data visualization and 3D modelling tools to improve project communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Preparing presentations and project documentation to communicate findings, solutions, and recommendations.
• This traineeship provides the opportunity to apply digital technologies to real‑world construction challenges, offering both technical exposure and practical experience in project delivery.

What we are looking for:

• Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of AR development platforms (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) would be an advantage, though not a prerequisite.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Interest in construction workflows, onsite coordination, and digitalisation initiatives.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing project presentations and reports.
• Basic knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling), with familiarity in data visualization tools and 3D modelling software as an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate situations logically and effectively. As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
