A public agency for urban transport is seeking a Learning Office Trainee to develop and enhance training programmes for rail engineering. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to analyze training needs, facilitate workshops, and use innovative technologies for effective learning. As part of LTA's dynamic a team that standardises and develops training for rail engineering, operations and maintenance, you will work closely with LTA subject matter experts and external partners on the standardisation, development and enhancement of the training programmes. This will include working with experts and trainers to structure the learning needs, planning and managing the development and deployment of training and assessment, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning.
In addition, you will be involved in facilitating meetings and workshops, analysing, recommending and developing innovative instructional and assessment solutions to meet a variety of training needs and learning styles, through the use of latest technologies (e.g. AR, VR), grounded in sound approaches to pedagogy and andragogy, and managing the delivery of training and assessment efficiently and effectively.
