What you will be working on

You will support and participate in the review, formulation and implementation of compensation, performance management and recognition framework and processes. The role involves sourcing and analyzing market data, launching organisation‑wide exercises on ranking, promotion and staff awards. You should be good with numbers and analytical as your job scope also includes conducting job analyses using rigorous job evaluation methodologies. You should like detailed work, possess an ability to grasp business needs in this large organisation, be able to see the big picture and interlinkages. Ability to communicate clearly in a friendly manner with peers, management teams and employees is important.

What we are looking for
  • Preferably having a degree majoring in a quantitative field such as Statistics/Mathematics/Psychology
  • Preferably with some working experience
