What the role is:

What you will be working on:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end mapping of finance workflows to identify automation opportunities and assist with digitalisation of processes using AI tools.
• Participate in design, testing, and deployment of finance AI projects including Smart Funding Paper Assistant and VFM Submission Buddy.
• Support development of user-friendly digital workflows and interactive dashboards that comply with governance frameworks and provide monitoring capabilities for decision-makers.
• Partner with AI teams to communicate finance requirements, fine‑tune AI bot designs, and troubleshoot development issues.
• Engage stakeholders during user acceptance testing, gather feedback, and liaise with experts on improvements.
• Present development progress and solutions to management, and provide pre and post‑deployment user support to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.
