Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LPG cargo loading, discharge, and inter-tank transfers, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
• Liaise with terminals, ship agents, vessel owners, surveyors, inspection companies, and counterparties on operational matters.
• Handle cargo-related documentation and operational reporting to support timely settlement and invoicing processes.
• Support laytime calculation and demurrage claim preparation.
• Monitor stock balances and voyage schedules to support operational planning and reporting.
• Provide accurate and timely operational data to traders and risk control teams for hedging and P&L mark-to-market.
• Identify operational efficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Maritime Studies, Business, or a related field.
• 2–7 years’ experience in LPG operations, gas liquids operations or tanker scheduling (VLGC/pressurised/semi-ref).
• Understanding of LPG product specs and basic vessel operational procedures.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to handle multiple shipments; knowledge of laytime/demurrage and proficiency in Excel is preferred.
