A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Senior Low Code Engineer (Salesforce) to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Salesforce, a deep understanding of Marketing Cloud, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications

Job Description

As a Senior Low Code Engineer (Salesforce), you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, testing and deploying Salesforce solutions using Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. As part of a cross‑functional agile team, you will be working closely with business stakeholders to define user stories, lead the development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Growth edition, conduct comprehensive testing across all solution components and ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture, proper security setup and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Growth) edition across:
  • Data Cloud: Unified and scalable customer data management including ingestion, transformation, segmentation, activation workflows, data models, calculated insights, and identity resolution
  • Marketing Cloud: Email marketing, journey builder, audience segmentation, automation workflows, customer journeys, and personalisation strategies
  • Data and Marketing Clouds (where applicable): Configure interactive dashboards and drag‑and‑drop reports (real‑time & historical, time comparisons, role‑based access) to track campaign, database and engagement metrics, including custom KPIs and metrics with export capabilities
  • Salesforce Shield: Data encryption and monitoring
  • Product Delivery:
  • Client Engagement: Lead functional sessions with users to drive decision‑making and contribute to solution design
  • Product Delivery: Translate complex business requirements into agile deliverables with a product mindset, including user stories with acceptance criteria, product configurations and business rules
  • Agile Delivery: Work as part of a cross‑functional agile team, participating in ceremonies and iterative sprints to deliver incremental value whilst adapting to evolving requirements
  • Agile Testing & Quality Assurance: Design and execute comprehensive testing within sprint cycles, leveraging automated testing practices for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure high‑quality and reliable releases.
  • Problem Management & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including system integrations and data quality challenges, through systematic analysis and root cause identification. Implement secure, reliable, and performant solutions to restore system functionality.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and user manuals for developed solutions. Lead training sessions for end users and team members.
  • Salesforce Administration: Perform ongoing Salesforce administration including user management, access control, data maintenance, platform monitoring, audit review, and security configurations to ensure optimal performance and governance.
  • Technical Review/Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all Salesforce platforms.
Essential Requirements
  • One or more of the following certifications:
    • Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
    • Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
    • Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
    • Certified Salesforce Administrator
    • Certified Platform App Builder
    • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
  • 5 or more years of Salesforce experience with hands‑on implementation experience in the one or more of the following areas:
    1. Marketing Cloud;
    2. Data Cloud;
    3. Salesforce Shield; and
    4. Salesforce integration patterns and APIs.
  • Experience working in agile development teams with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and advanced Service Cloud features
  • Experience with other Salesforce Clouds such as Service/Sales/Experience Cloud
  • Knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, and other relevant programming languages
  • Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) or formal agile training will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using JIRA for project management, task tracking, and issue resolution, with experience in advanced features (e.g. custom workflows, reporting, or administration) considered an advantage.
