Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Low Code Engineer for a 1-year fixed-term contract in Singapore. You will design and implement intranet solutions using SharePoint Online, build automated processes with Power Apps and Power Automate, and govern low-code platforms within a government-agency context.

You will collaborate with public sector clients, apply Generative AI capabilities, and coach non-technical users to create apps and flows, contributing to impactful digital transformation.

Qualifications

Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a Low Code Engineer

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 1 year.

What will you do?

• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing enterprise intranet solutions using SharePoint Online, including usage and customisation of web parts, site architecture, content management, user access automation, development of custom SharePoint Online reports, and user experience optimisation
• Proficiency in building automated business processes and applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, with proven ability to streamline organisational workflows and integrate with existing systems
• Hands-on experience in configuring and administering low-code platforms, including implementation of business rules engines, workflow orchestration, process logic design, data validation frameworks, user interface flows, and responsive page layouts within Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint Online environment;
• Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development methodologies, including rapid application development, user developer enablement, and platform governance best practices

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Practical experience implementing Generative AI solutions and integrating AI capabilities into business application and workflows
• Previous experience collaborating with government agencies, including understanding of public sector requirements, compliance frameworks, and stakeholder management;
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, SharePoint Online, or Azure);
• Prior experience in coaching and leading workshops to train and guide non-technical users in developing Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate flows;
• Experience with data integration, API development, and third-party system connectivity
