• Safe Transportation: Operate the lorry safely, following traffic laws and regulations.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure goods are delivered on time, in good condition, and to the correct location.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle checks, report any issues, and ensure the lorry is in good working condition.
• Load Management: Load and unload goods, ensuring they are properly secured during transport.
• Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate records, such as delivery notes, manifests, and logbooks.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers, provide updates, and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery.
• Safety Protocols: Follow safety protocols, such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety regulations.
• Vehicle Security: Ensure the lorry and goods are secure during transport and when parked.
