Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage shipping documentation and coordinate logistics activities. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, minimum 2 years of experience, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel. This role offers AWS and performance bonuses, with a working schedule from Wednesday to Sunday.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping documentation and track shipment movement, including proof of delivery (POD) status.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments and external partners for all inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Handle damaged shipment claims and liaise with Finance on supplier invoice matters.
• Collaborate with Facility Manager and Warehouse team on detrash and recycling matters.
• Support implementation of new shipment systems or portals.
• Ensure compliance with customs, cross-border, and trade regulations.
• Prepare and update weekly/monthly logistics reports.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders
• Team player
• Knowledge in SAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel such as Vlookup and Pivot Table

• Entitled to AWS and Performance Bonus
• Working Hours: Wednesday to Sunday
• Working Location: Tampines
• Have WFH arrangement
