Overview

  • Position Title: Logistics Coordinator/Assistant
  • Working Location: West - Tuas South (Nearest MRT: Tuas Link)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 7.30am-4.45pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Up to SGD 3000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and validate documentation for all local and export sales deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Liaise with the head office to align on delivery schedules
  • Organize scheduling for all local deliveries
  • Keep comprehensive records of all orders
  • Oversee inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excess inventory
  • Perform routine stock audits and update inventory records as necessary
  • Identify and report any inventory discrepancies
  • Arrange shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documents for outbound shipments
  • Accept incoming shipments, checking contents against documents for accuracy
  • Maintain continuous communication with the internal team
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to streamline goods movement
  • Manage the preparation of incoming and outgoing warehouse shipments
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace and optimize space usage
  • Adhere to quality standards and comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Perform additional logistics tasks as instructed by the Supervisor
Qualifications
  • Min. O level
  • Min. 1 year of experience of warehouse experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
  • Familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system is a plus
  • Able to handle physical work and willingness to lift carton manually at times
