Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detall-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the daily operations of our logistics department. Basic data analysis skills are required to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  2. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resoive any issues or inefficiencies in the logistics process.
  3. Regularly check for stuck parcels and take necessary actions to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Assist in monthly 3PLvolume forecasting. analyzing histoncal data and trends to predict future demand accurately.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data related to logistics operations. identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations on logistics performance,highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities, such as performance reports, root cause analysis findings. and forecasting data.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics management and data analysis.
  10. Provide general administrativo support to the logistics department as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma in logistics and/or supply chain management or relevant studied,
  • Basic understanding of logistics processes and terminology. 1-2 years logistics background is prefered.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and data analysis.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools. SOL kowledge is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
