A logistics and customer service provider in Singapore is seeking a professional to coordinate deliveries and assist customers across various channels. The ideal candidate will handle shipping documents, liaise with couriers, and ensure a positive customer experience through excellent communication. Experience in logistics or customer service is preferred for this role.
Arrange and coordinate the delivery and collection of materials.
Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, and packing lists for in and outgoing shipments.
Liaise with forwarders and couriers to ensure timely delivery.
Track shipment status and update internal teams on any delays or issues.
Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via live chat, email, phone, and in person
Support service centre operations by coordinating enquiries, updates, and service bookings
Deliver clear and accurate product and service information
Handle sales-related enquiries and assist customers with purchases
Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent communication and follow up
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
