Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor. • Ensure all inventory records are accurate and updated in the ERP System.
• Oversee daily cycle counts, weekly counts, and monthly/quarterly stock takes.
• Track slow‑moving, expired, damaged, and blocked stock and propose actions.
• Lead, train and supervise the inventory control team.
• Work closely with Operations and supplier to ensure seamless inventory flow.
• Develop and enhance inventory SOPs and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to reduce errors, increase accuracy and optimize space utilization.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Operational Reporting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Able to work in warehouse environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills & abilities
• Must be able to commit to OT

Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm / 8:30pm to 5:30am (Monthly Rotating Shift)
