Job summary

A leading marine spare parts company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support / Sales Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support. Ideal candidates will have a minimum diploma and 2 years of sales support experience, preferably within the marine or engineering sectors. Responsibilities include handling sales administration, coordinating with shipping, and responding to client inquiries. This position offers a basic salary of $2,800 to $3,400 plus bonuses and allows for work-from-home days after confirmation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 Years of Relevant Experience in sales support, preferably in Marine or Engineering Sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations.
  • Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries.
  • Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide full sales and operational support to Area Manager.

  • Industry: Italian MNC - Marine Spare Parts
  • Role: Sales Support / Sales Coordinator
  • Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm
  • After Confirmed Entitled to 6 Days WFH Per Month
  • Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore
  • Basic: $2,800 - $3,400 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ]
Requirements
  1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  2. 2 Years of Relevant Experience as sales support, preferable in Marine or Engineering Sectors [ Spare Parts]
  3. Product training provided by sales team or sales director from Italy.
Job Scopes
  • Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries
  • Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
  • Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
  • Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager
