Working Hours and Benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: $2,500 to $3,500 (Eligible for comms)
Annual Leave: 14 days
Other Benefits: AWS and VB

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and present proposals to clients.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to drive business growth.
• Deliver excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up on cold leads and potential prospects to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings when required (company vehicle provided).
• Prepare monthly sales reports and track performance metrics.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and goal-focused with a positive attitude.
• At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Candidates with a freight forwarding customer service background are highly preferred.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (for client visits using company vehicle).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
