  • Activate Purchase Orders based on customer requirements.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Sales Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem‑solving and communication skills, essential for efficiently managing logistics and supply chain operations. Proficiency in technology and a solid understanding of industry regulations will be key in ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and compliant logistics processes.

TALENT PROFILE
  • Strong problem‑solving, planning, and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and best practices in logistics and supply chain management is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics and inventory management systems or enterprise‑wide platforms such as SAP or MS Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 2‑5 years of experience in logistics administration, supply chain management, or a related field with MNCs or SMEs in Singapore.
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent from recognized institutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and liaise with principals, suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare, process, and handle Tradenet permit declarations for the import and export of shipments.
  • Oversee and track orders to ensure timely deliveries and monitor inventory levels as directed by management.
  • Compile and manage customers’ storage or usage licenses for Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo in accordance with NEA’s requirements.
  • Activate Purchase Orders (POs) based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with inventory levels at the warehouse.
  • Monitor customer forecasts and usage, submitting periodic consumption reports to selected customers.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
