A leading lifestyle retail brand is seeking an experienced Contract Logistics Project Manager to oversee a major warehouse relocation project. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth transition of logistics operations while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and service continuity across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse relocation, including planning, execution, and stabilisation phases.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure operational readiness.
  • Oversee the physical movement of inventory, systems migration, and infrastructure setup.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective contingency plans to minimise disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards throughout the relocation process.
  • Conduct post-relocation reviews and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics project management, preferably involving warehouse relocation or setup.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Proactive, analytical, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail logistics environment.
