Job Description & Requirements

• 1) To Handle Purchasing (PO, RFQ, Rec, distribution)
• 2) To manage Suppliers (Monthly Supplier performance monitoring report
• 3) To manage Secondary process (Planning, Delivery, Stock including indirect material)
• 4) To check and verify Suppliers billing.
• 5) To generate monthly report (RM, SP, PK cost, MO achievement, RM issue)
• 6) To control in-house Stock (Stock level, FIO, Traceability, Slow moving)
• 7) To make master planning: ISP, Degreasing, SP and Mfg. order
• 8) To support ISO/IATF
• 9) To support 5S/ Safety Activity Program
• 10) To support Kaizen, Cost Down Reduction Program
• 11) To carry out ad hoc duties as assigned
