• Provide regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
• Monitor KPIs, support root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align production plans with customer requirements.
• Support Kaizen activities to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Strong in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in SAP/MRP
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
• Able to converse in Mandarin to stakeholders and customers
