Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for transport arrangement oversight. Responsibilities include managing vehicle maintenance schedules and controlling stock inventory for consumables. Job description

Role and Responsibilities

This position will be on shifts (Day and Night) and expected to oversee the day-to-day transport arrangement, vehicle maintenance schedules which includes but not limited to the following: -

• Stock inventory control for consumables (update FIFO)
• Incoming and outgoing of raw materials control (store – QA – production)
• Receiving, signing and recording of consumables from external suppliers
• Verify incoming consumables with Delivery orders of suppliers
• Submission of DO documents to purchasing department
• Coordinate and liaise with purchasing for all incomings materials and consumables
• Issue of PPE to new workers
• Performs data entries into ERP – inventory control system

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· At least GCE ‘O’ Level

· Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License
