Job summary

X2 Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to support data-driven planning and optimisation of logistics, delivery operations and capacity planning. The role uses mathematical and statistical methods to improve route efficiency and manpower deployment.

Responsibilities include analysing data, developing quantitative models, forecasting volumes and presenting actionable insights via dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, OR or Data Analytics.
• Knowledge of mathematical modelling and quantitative analysis.
• Ability to translate data insights into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse delivery and operational data to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop models to optimise routes, manpower and capacity.
• Forecast parcel volumes and staffing needs from historical data.
• Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Conduct what-if analyses for volume, routes and capacity changes.
• Collaborate with operations to implement data-driven improvements.
