Job Title: Logistics & Operations Specialist (Forklift Driver)

Location: Tuas, Singapore

Free daily shuttle bus from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT stations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming goods.
• Prepare finished products for on-time dispatch.
• Safely operate forklifts (counterbalance/reach truck) to move materials.
• Perform regular inventory counts and maintain precise digital records.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing the warehouse space.
• Strictly follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Support production teams with timely material supply.
• Report any equipment issues or inventory discrepancies immediately.

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift License (experience with counterbalance/reach trucks is a plus).
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern (you can state your preference for a fixed day or night shift).

Compensation

• Basic Salary: From $2,300/month.
• Gross Monthly Potential: $2,300 – $3,300, based on your chosen 4, 5, or 6-day work week.
• Monthly Allowances (Up to ~$400):
  • Shift Allowance: $8 (Day) / $18 (Night) per shift
  • Extra Daily Bonus: $3
  • Transport Allowance: $4 per day
• Annual Bonuses: Performance Bonus (1-2 months) + 13th Month Salary.

Work-Life Balance

  • Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
