Job Responsibilities

1. Receive and process customer order by generating commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL).
2. Checking daily order in SAP.
3. Request freight/Insurance cost.
4. Checking accuracy of shipping documents, key in all orders received with follow up.
5. Application of Certificate of Origin.
6. Application for Marine Insurance Certificate.
7. LC order & Delivery Against Duty Paid Order (DADP).
8. Arranging for Courier Services.
9. e-filing of all shipping documents in the system.
10. Submit monthly report.
