Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in contract logistics, 3PL operations, or warehouse management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse best practices.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and regulatory compliance in logistics operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of at least 10 staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with clients to manage order processing and inventory levels.
• Monitor and analyze key KPIs such as on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.
• Support system implementation, updates, and troubleshooting of WMS.
• Liaise with transport providers for timely dispatch and delivery.
