Roles & Responsibilities
A Logistics Operations Executive plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of logistics and supply chain activities within a company. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that goods are delivered on time, in the correct quantity, and in good condition. The duties typically include:
Supply Chain Coordination
- Ensuring proper coordination between the factory and job sites.
- Overseeing the tracking of inventory levels and delivery order processing.
Transportation Management
- Planning and managing the transportation of goods.
- Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to job sites or clients.
Warehouse and Inventory Management
- Overseeing warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and inventory management.
- Monitoring stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensuring that stock movements are accurately recorded, tracked, and reported.
Procurement Support
- Coordinating with procurement teams to ensure that necessary materials and products are available for delivery.
- Ensuring that suppliers meet deadlines and quality standards.
Quality Control and Compliance
- Ensuring that shipments meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in transportation and warehousing.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution
- Addressing delays, damages, or discrepancies in deliveries.
- Finding solutions to transportation or supply chain issues, such as shortages or unexpected changes in delivery schedules.
Cost Management
- Monitoring and controlling logistics costs to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Identifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
Team Management and Training
- Overseeing the performance of logistics teams, including logistics staff, drivers, and third-party vendors.
- Providing training to new employees and ensuring ongoing development for the team.

Requirements
- Nationality: Singaporean
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations. Previous experience in transportation, warehouse management, and inventory control is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of logistics processes such as procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Managing data for decision‑making.
Remuneration
- Salary: S$3,000.00 to S$4,800 (depending on experience).
