Job description
Duties and responsibilities
- Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead
- Coordination with sales team for any ad-hoc job assignments
- Liaison with stakeholders on job assignment scheduling and confirmation
- Flow job assignment details to assessors in timely manner
- Optimize monthly utilization rate for assessors
- Complete weekly and/or monthly reports to stakeholders
- Monitoring of submission reports by assessors
- Any other duties as assigned by management
