Responsibilities

• Update warehouse of incoming in Shipment Update Google Sheet.
• Upload Inbound Quantity into system.
• Monitor warehouse for inbounding and tally quantity with shipment.
• Create new SKU or change wrong barcode in system.
• Issue labelling instructions to warehouse.
• Notify sourcing if there is shortfall of expected quantity.
• Update Google Sheet for OOS credit note or defects.
• Inbound unsold samples from office into system.

1. 1) Update warehouse of incoming in Shipment Update Google Sheet
2. 2) Upload Inbound Quantity into system
3. 3) Monitor warehouse for inbounding and tally quantity with shipment
4. 4) Create new sku or change wrong barcode in system
5. 5) Issue labelling instructions to ware house
6. 6) Notify Sourcing if there is shortfall of expected quantity
7. 7) Update Google Sheet for OOS credit note or defects (remove orders from systems)
8. 8) Samples - inbound unsold samples from office into system
