What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate deliveries: Liaise with clients and drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, aligned with client expectations.
  • Logistics planning: Work closely with the driver operations team to assign logistics personnel (e.g. truck drivers) based on project needs and availability.
  • Track shipments: Monitor and track shipments in real‑time to ensure on‑schedule arrivals.
  • Client support: Attend to client requests, assist with claims for additional charges, and provide excellent service throughout the process.
  • Reporting & documentation: Prepare end‑of‑day reports and generate invoices when needed for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Event logistics: Arrange and coordinate same‑day deliveries for high‑priority events and time‑sensitive projects.
  • Hands‑on assistance: Step in to help with sorting and packing when necessary—teamwork makes the dream work!
What We Seek
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail with a knack for solving problems on the fly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be working with a wide range of people.
  • Able to commit to a 5‑day work week (4 weekdays, 1 weekend).
  • Able to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, evening shifts) and public holidays when required.
