We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehou/Logistics Operations Management Coordinator to oversee and optimize our operations.

The ideal candidate possesses strong operational and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of the relevant environments.

Key Responsibilities

• In charge for daily operation smoothly running
• Take care of buyer feedback
• Supporting any of site need it E.g. warehouse running
• Optimized fleet efficiency by implementing effective scheduling and dispatching procedures
• Enhanced vehicle maintenance processes for improved fleet performance and reduced downtime
• Streamlined communication channels with drivers, leading to increased operational efficiency
• Developed comprehensive training programs to enhance driver safety and skills
• Managed budgets and expenses to maintain cost control within the department
• Collaborated with various departments to achieve organizational objectives and support company growth
• Local seller pickup
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
• Support deliveries when required during peak or shortage of manpower
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
• Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection to ensure efficient fulfillment and timely delivery
• Support the implementation of best practices to improve the online shopping experience, from site navigation to post-purchase touchpoints
• Able to drive for delivery of online orders
• Ability to work weekends and or public holidays
