Qualifications

About the role

As a Logistics Operation Executive at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehousing and distribution facilities in the East Region. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics activities, from inventory management to order fulfilment, to support the company's strategic goals within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.


What you’ll be doing


  1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound processes.

  2. Coordinate with clients to manage order processing, inventory levels, and service requirements.

  3. Monitor and analyze key KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rate.

  4. Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

  5. Support system implementation, updates, and troubleshooting (e.g., WMS, TMS).

  6. Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely dispatch, pick-up, and delivery coordination.

  7. Analyze operational data and prepare reports with actionable insights for management.

  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  9. Supervise, guide, and mentor junior staff, contractors, or warehouse assistants as required.

  10. Manage a team of at least 10 personnel, ensuring smooth daily operations and performance management.


What we’re looking for


  1. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.

  2. 2–5 years of experience in contract logistics, 3PL operations, or warehouse management.

  3. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse best practices.

  4. Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office applications.

  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams and clients.

  6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with good attention to detail.

  7. Knowledge of safety requirements and regulatory compliance in logistics operations.

  8. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of at least 10 staff.
