Position 1: Shipping Officer x2

• Coordinate and arrange daily shipments, including imports and exports
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues
• Communicate with internal departments to align shipping schedules with operational needs
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, company policies, and customer requirements

Position 2: Logistics Officer (Haulier) x1

• Plan and schedule container trucking and haulage activities using the company’s internal fleet.
• Liaise closely with drivers, port officers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely collection and delivery.
• Monitor fleet movement and resolve any operational or delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate transport documentation and update shipment status in the system.
• Support continuous improvement of haulage efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics or coordination roles
