Overview

Logistics Officer – Office-Based


Location: West Singapore (office-based with coordination across operations teams)


Salary: S$2,600 – S$2,800/month


Employment: Full-Time, Permanent


Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM | Alternate Saturdays: 8:45 AM – 12:15 PM

Key Responsibilities


  • Process orders and shipping documentation with accuracy

  • Handle permit declarations and manage customer payments

  • Coordinate with internal haulage, warehouse, and depot teams to ensure timely cargo movement

  • Prepare operational and client reports

  • Support billing preparation and reconciliation

  • Perform general logistics administrative tasks as required



Requirements


  • Minimum GCE O-Level or A-Level

  • 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transport coordination preferred

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

  • Familiarity with logistics systems will be an advantage
