About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Logistics Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll help ensure that our operations run smoothly by managing inventory, coordinating logistics support, and maintaining readiness for daily duties and major events.

You’ll be part of a team that keeps things moving – making sure every officer has what they need to perform their best in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage the issuance, receipt, and accountability of uniforms, equipment, and inventory items.
  • Perform stock checks, reconciliation, and ensure records match system data.
  • Coordinate with store teams on replenishment, deliveries, and returns.
  • Oversee distribution of logistics items to various sites and divisions.
  • Support event deployments by preparing and tracking logistics equipment.
  • Maintain proper documentation (NCRs, checklists, Purchase requisitions, GRNs, etc.) for audit and compliance.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety.
What We’re Looking For
  • GCE ‘O’ Level, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management (experience in uniformed services or logistics support will be an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Team player with good communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable with tasks involving movement and handling of logistics items.
