A logistics consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to coordinate Import, Export, and Transfer activities, manage inventory records, and build relationships with customers and warehouse teams. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in Logistics or Supply Chain and knowledge of Import & Export procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected. This role emphasizes achieving department KPIs and collaboration with the warehouse team.
Coordinate Import, Export & Transfer activities to ensure smooth operations.
Manage Inventory Records & Transactions accurately in WMS systems.
Build and maintain good relationships with Customers, Colleagues, and Warehouse Teams.
Monitor and achieve Department KPIs, taking on additional tasks when assigned.
Work closely with the Warehouse Team on daily operations.
Min. 1 year of relevant experience in Logistics / Supply Chain.
Knowledge of Import & Export procedures, Inventory Management, and WMS applications is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
