• 2 – 3 years of experience in similar role and industry.
• Good knowledge of operations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all contractors adhere to waste collection requirements.
• Handle queries from customers on waste collection.
• Manage compliance with authorities regarding waste collection.
• Develop KPIs for contractors and suppliers.
• Attend Plant-level coordination meetings.
• Back-up logistics executive with transportation scheduling.
• Plan for logistics transport capacity requirements.
• Follow up on maintenance programs for all logistics equipment.
• Verify charges and follow up on discrepancies.
• Manage logistics department staff and conduct interviews.
• Report on monthly progress to Logistics Director.
• Update logistics transport records and monthly reports.
